Order processing

Orders are hand packed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on orders of $35 or more. For smaller orders, the shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight.

Delivery estimates

Delivery time depends on your address and the carrier. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed, so for holiday gifts we recommend ordering early.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking when your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days, email support@moderneleganceco.com.

Damaged or lost packages

If your package arrives damaged or never arrives, email support@moderneleganceco.com and we will take care of it. See our Refund Policy for details.

Address accuracy

Please double check the shipping address at checkout. Packages cannot be rerouted once they ship, and we are not responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.
